The Department of Business Administration was started in the year 2006 with 35 students course provides comprehensive training on skills needed to be successful in several areas, including accounting, finance, human resources management, marketing, operations and planning.
Department which aims at maintaining academic excellence and equipping students with the skills necessary to face the challenges of the business world which also motivate the students to enhance their employability and entrepreneurial skills to outshine as business leaders and to make the students focus on academics and extracurricular activities so that overall development of the students, where the ability of the students to evaluate, analyze and interpret information to make accurate decision making.
This course enhance the prevailing opportunities to students to get practical insights into corporate world through Industry-Institute and to interaction programs like Internships, and Students undertake internship and projects at leading companies.

Every year our department conducts Intercollegiate meet in the campus various in and around city colleges participates in our intercollegiate meet .Mr.Lionel Paul David HR –RRD was a chief Guest and inaugurated the event with his motivational talk, where 12 leading city colleges has participated out of which Loyola college bagged the overall trophy.
Every year students of Business Administration undergo for the project Training to the leading companies to enhance their employability and technicality skills as a bonafide students of our college. In the year 2018-19, 126 students have undergone for the project training and successfully completed in the areas of marketing, sales, HR & Finance. Mr.Vijaya Kumar Head Department of B.Com(ISM) Vivekananda College of arts and science was our external examiner for the year 2018-19.
