National Institutional Ranking Framework

The National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) was approved by the MHRD and launched by Honorable Minister of Human Resource Development on 29th September 2015. This framework outlines a methodology to rank institutions across the country and the methodology draws from the overall recommendations by a Core Committee set up by MHRD, to identify the broad parameters for ranking various universities and institutions. The 5 parameters broadly covers Teaching, Learning and Resources, Research and Professional Practices, Graduation Outcomes, Outreach and Inclusivity and Perception.

Ranking is a reflection of the yearly performance of any institution and the stake holders are keen in knowing the Institution’s growth every year. With the able guidance and Support form the Management and our Principal of the College has stepped into NIRF Ranking 2023-24 this year for the first time and hoping to get greater heights in near future with the earnest support of the stake holders – St.joseph’s College(Arts & Science) Management, College committee, industry, academic and collaborative partners, dedicated faculty members, parents, alumni and students.
